Roneka Etheridge is the mother of three amazing children, currently residing in Lakewood, California. She received a bachelor’s degree in child development and family studies from California State University, Long Beach, a master’s degree in curriculum from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and holds 3 credentials in Education. As the founder of the nonprofit organization HER Answer, Roneka is dedicated to helping women of all ages and backgrounds fight breast cancer and WIN! After celebrating 11 years cancer-free on December 14, 2022, she was re-diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2023. Despite this recurrence, Roneka wants children of parents with cancer to know that it is OK to cry and ask questions for clarity. She firmly believes children play a major role in mental and physical healing through their warm smiles and compassion. Ms. Etheridge hopes that you enjoy this true story of her journey, and you are empowered to know that you too can be a conqueror.
